Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive my shipment?

A few of our products are "made-to-order" this being the case we ask for at least 3-4 week lead time. However, all orders will receive an order confirmation number as well as a tracking number once shipped. If you have any questions on the status of your order please reach out to us!

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently set up to ship within the United States and Canada. We are currently working with our shipping providers to work out international channels. For international shipments please e-mail us direct for a quote.

Do you accept returns?

Returns are accepted up to 30 days from delivery date with no exceptions; a restocking fee will apply. All items are shipped insured. So, if any items are damaged during transit please inform us within 24hrs of receiving your shipment. Items will be refunded once received back at our facility and verified. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process. See "FAQ" for all details on returns.
